- The funds will be used to scale technology, build content IP, expand the core team, and develop product and community-led experiences across digital and offline formats
National, 23, July, 2025: DilSe – The Happyness Collective Pvt Ltd – made its public debut today as India’s first love-driven E2C (Experience to Consumer) brand. Ahead of the launch of its digital platform, the company has opened its angel cap table and is receiving strong interest from early-stage investors.
With a $7 to $10 million seed round in the works at a projected valuation of $75 to $100 million, DilSe is in active conversations with early-stage funds and family offices including Kalaari Capital, Blume Ventures, WaterBridge Ventures, Titan Capital, Rukam Capital, and a circle of founder-operators. The brand has been entirely self-funded until now.
At its core, DilSe is building a cultural space where people engage not as data points, but as individuals seeking meaning, connection and shared emotion. The platform is expected to go live shortly, bringing together storytelling, voice-led rituals, theatre-inspired expression, and emotion-first commerce.
The capital raised will be used to strengthen its technology backbone, build proprietary content IPs, expand the founding team, and develop products and community experiences across both digital and offline touchpoints.
“We are not here to sell things. We are here to hold space. For memories, for expression, for the parts of us that don’t fit into algorithms. DilSe is a soul brand, and we’re building it with care, creativity and presence,” said Harshavardhan Chauhaan, Founder of DilSe.
The launch is focused on India’s emotionally expressive Gen Z and millennial audiences in cities such as Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur and Goa, especially creators, cultural revivalists, wellness seekers, and women-led communities. Phase 1 of the rollout will include immersive storytelling, creator-led emotional spaces and a digital community app. Future phases will introduce symbolic products, wearable experiences, and co-created offline rituals.
“DilSe is tapping into something timeless. The need to feel, to belong, and to express. It’s a cultural unlock waiting to scale,” said one of the early investors.
With long-term plans that include DilSe Fest, DilSe Studios and community-run cultural spaces, the brand aims to shape what it calls India’s Experiential Decadea time when experience becomes the currency of connection, and expression the language of commerce.
